Giver Community Church’s generosity has ensured that the children of Koh Kapi village won’t be counted in that statistic.”

Today’s students face mounting pressures. The demands of school, social life and activities are compounded by growing social media and technology.

At Encounter Camp, students get to unplug and connect with one another. Through outdoor activities, worship and gospel-centered talks, students will Encounter Christ in a new way.

They will leave equipped to make faith the foundation of their everyday lives.

Sarah's Story:

Sarah had great grades, hundreds of Instagram followers and seemed to have it all together. But something was missing. “I just couldn’t shake this lonely feeling,” she said. When her friend, Bree, invited her to Encounter, everything changed.

After three days of worshipping side-by-side, a group of students made a decision together. “Even though we go to different schools, we want to continue to grow in our faith together,” Allie Grogan said.

At Encounter Camp, students get to unplug, unwind and connect with one another. Through outdoor activities, worship and gospel-centered talks, students will Encounter Christ in a new way.

They will leave encouraged and equipped to make faith the foundation of their everyday lives.
